This page provides you with an overview of the ongoing deployment of ERTMS/ETCS, in terms of kilometres of line equipped and being equipped as well as the number of trains equipped and being equipped.

The data comprises all ongoing projects, pilot lines and commercial projects. These graphics will be regularly updated when new contracts are signed.

The first two schemes regard ERTMS/ETCS level 1:

• scheme 1 shows the kilometres of lines equipped and being equipped with ERTMS/ETCS level 1,



• scheme 2 shows the number of trains equipped and being equipped with ERTMS/ETCS level 1.



The last two schemes provide the same data for ERTMS/ETCS level 2

• scheme 3 shows the kilometres of lines equipped and being equipped with ERTMS/ETCS level 2,



• scheme 4 shows the number of trains equipped and being equipped with ERTMS/ETCS level 2.
