As part of the forthcoming 2009 EU TEN-T funding call, ERTMS will benefit from an indicative amount of 240 million Euros, whilst additional possibilities will be offered under the European Economic Recovery Plan. The TEN-T Executive Agency will host its "call for proposals Information day" on the 22 April 2009.
As of 2009, the TEN-T Executive Agency is responsible for the execution of the TEN-T Calls for Proposals on behalf of its "parent", DG Energy and Transport.
It is organising an Info Day on 22 April 2009 at the Centre Conference Albert Borschette in Brussels to provide key information about the Calls for Proposals background and process for this year's available funding in three calls:
- European Economic Recovery Plan
- Multi-annual Work Programme
- Motorways of the Sea
- European Rail Traffic Management Systems (ERTMS)
- Intelligent Transport Systems for Roads
- Annual Work Programme
